because the current one is just black which is kind of boring not sure what other players thing but thats what I think

- If I was able to get a hold of a template I could design one
- I am a skinner in the GTA 4 community

No. Why would we need a change? Honestly it looks great in my opinion maybe not the inside but honestly I like it

+Support I am a very colourful fellow and I would love to see a nicely skinned SWAT van! Currently it doesn't fit into anything really because it's just one big black box o' boring. Maybe put some fancy badges on it or put a decor battering ram on the side. I'd love to see it have a makeover!

Well, if you take a look at this thread https://perpheads.com/threads/new-swat-van-with-ets.5156/, you will see that the request for a new swat van has been accepted. This means that eventually it will have all badges etc. on it, making it seem a lot more than a 'black box'.

I completely agree with what you are saying, and eventually the SWAT will be updated!
