The Cartel is formed by a wide amount of formerly independent business owners who object to increase their profits, no matter the cost. The Galindo Cartel is known for its merciless approach to its competitors to attain a monopoly over the ‘legitimate’ side of Paralake. However, the Cartel also operates under a code of conduct which ensures that their reign of terror doesn't impact those who are underprivileged.
StructureThe structure will evolve in hand with the growth of the organization. As of right now the organization has been narrowed down to be as simple as possible but will change and become more organized offering more ranks of any kind for members with different interest. The organization also intends to put its teeth in a certain business area at some point in the future.
Leader
The Leader can be seen as the head of the Cartel, with the constant objective of making sure that the organization can survive under its current circumstances. The Leader is responsible for all external communication for the organization and is the only individual of the Cartel who can reach out to other organizations to come to agreements which benefit the Cartel.
Commander
The Commanders are responsible for keeping the Soldados in line whenever signs of conflicts arise and can be seen as the eyes and ears of what is going on in the city and reports directly to the Leader. The Commander can also be seen as a superior to the Soldados and discipline them if necessary.
Soldados
Soldados have proved themselves as trusted members of the Cartel, who feels comfortable taking care of difficult tasks. The Soldados works like foot soldiers who at all time should be available for their Commander for any task which requires their skills. Soldados works best organized in numbers heavily armed for the sake of their objective.
La Asociación
Not yet a member of the organizations, but an associate who is not treated with the same privileges as a Soldados. This rank is the first any person who joins the organization will receive before that can prove themselves and advance up the hierarchy. La Asociación is a temporary rank - either you advance or you get kicked.
