Two suggestions for perp v5

Main idea: add grove street from gta to the map and add the damn tracksuits so we can look like gangsters.
Forgot to say, this part of the map is gonna be replaced with something else.
Description: easy, read whats above.

Pros: people look like they are in gangs more and we give perp a nostalgia from other games we all used to play. Also we have something new in the map.

i have a good idea, make the map into a big box, however the only buildings are the police station and slums, but the slums building goes upto like 50 floors, so all the rats can grow and all the PLPD nerds can drive around and goto their police station
