I saw this myself but forgot to do something with it. Logs confirm aswell. His record shows 0 regard and shows 6 bans and 3 warnings while he is still a new player. He also disconnected whilst unconscious. I will issue him a 3 month ban.

99% of the time theres multiple cops that have the ability to create roadblocks or place road spikes. No need to make them out perform cars people saved up for to then also have the ability to get road blocked/spiked.

This has been an issue for a while, please make the distance the same or a bit longer than the distance required to press E on an NPC as its honestly really annoying. PD NPC usually requires you to stand right in front of them for it to work.

The play has not replied to my friend request in time. Their ban will be extended from 1 day to 1 week for 2.5 and 3.4.
