I disagree, it should be kept how it already is, if an emergency vehicle has their lights or sirens on then they are clearly going somewhere in an emergency, it shouldn't require both of them

I don't believe this was done in bad faith however it is still breaking 2.5. @Qiang will receive a warning for 2.5 for punching @Ash Parker to death for no valid reason.
