Suggestion Title: confiscate bobby pins
Suggestion Description: i think the pd should be able to confiscate bobby pins as you can pick them up instead of confiscating them

Why should this be added?:
- not realistic for you be able to pick something that has been used in a crime

What negatives could this have?:
- none that i can think off

What problem would this suggestion solve?: what i said above
