Remove the chair shop and make chairs craftable

Description of the idea: Remove the chair shop in the city (make it into a purchaseable property!) and allow all chairs to be craftable

Why should this be added? (pros):
-This would give the workbench more usage
-This would produce more player outlets instead of NPC outlets
-Would add more passive rp items to the sales list


What negatives could this have? (cons):
-Chairs may become more expensive

as mentioned, make the old stool a purchaseable property

yes I +rep more craftable furniture so making a shop with furniture is actually profitable

I’m a big fan of adding back city shops. Maybe make chair shop into city shop, and the building in between coffee and fish. Alternatively, move guns to between coffee and fish and just place back city shops.
