External Punishment Appeals

This form is only available to players who are forum banned or community wide banned. The banned person must write and post the appeal themselves. The appeal will also require approval from a staff member before it is made public, approval will be completed within 24 hours.

Punishment Type Required: You cannot appeal a warning unless you are disputing the validity of it.

Appeal Type Required: You can choose to apologise, or alternatively dispute if you feel the punishment was invalid.

Your Steam Name Required: You must enter your steam name

Your Roleplay Name Required: You must include your in-game roleplay name
