I have just had similar spec and upgraded to a 7800x3d and 9070 xt, but I just upgraded everything and probably spent far too much. But prices are getting worse so bit the bullet. I think it depends on your psu but I was told a 3060ti vs my old 1660 super + another 16gb ram (I only had 16)
