You probably dont have what you need to transfer your files, try bringing it to a tech shop they should have a gadget for these type of scenarios, that would be the best thing to do in the situation you are at.

In my opinion rifles should also penitrate through that window, if the building was for high secuirity reasons the building wouldn't have that many windows in the first place, I'd say change the penitration values for warehouse windows to making it at least rifles can also wallbang.
