1. Hold Q and its at the top saying "Vehicles" 2. Hold C and right click the vehicle and theres "Skins" and Bodygroups, skins is to change the color and skins, bodygroups for your spoliers and also others Am not aware of the rest but them 2 is useful.

What worked for me is switch back to the normal version, then press play then when its loaded, press quit, and then go back to x64 and press play and it should work
