mate he killled 2 cops then he was holding then u came there was even barricates blocking some parts of office u either just decided to ignore all those warnings and go inside or ig u didnt see but there was couple cop cars there.

Involved: mate there was multiple dead bodies OUTside office plus cop cars with sirens were there what made u think its safe?, He got countered that time too which is. Why he shot instantly thinking u were with one of the counters
