Crim mains have no shame. It’s unfortunately a downside to growing and trying to succeed as a new player. I recommend getting some buddies on with you or trying to get into a decent org. Worst case as money mentioned above jobs are risk free and most are enjoyable

Sounds like a case of biting off more than you can chew. You should be leading by example Lt. I understand it’s not required to do ORs as command (even though it should) but if we want people to do the ORs it looks a lot better that our PD COMMAND MEMBERS do them instead of going on the forums...

I did command work for a while. It’s not hard to manage work and ORs if you don’t want the work then resign simple as that. That’s just pure laziness and you know it bro

I don’t know how well enforced it is. I personally boycott most shootouts. I’ve never had anything said to me personally except from pain in the ass dispatchers

I am quite aware of that however the point still stands that even if you join RTU you still have to respond to shootouts. It’s policy so your point of saying “don’t respond join RTU” is invalid

RTU is still required to respond to life threatening situations its policy. Yes we have a priority for traffic incidents but for raids and stuff it’s still a requirement to respond. Not to mention not everyone wants to go through an app and training session either.

Please yes the amount of raids and shootouts in paralake is absurd. It seriously makes Chicago look like a safe place to live

I can’t say much I’m at work but this PD AND bank raids should count towards raid timer Should be limited to 1 an hour Should only be allowed if they are booked for murder You shouldn’t be allowed to act on a 10 toes call if they are in the jails and your in lobby. I’ll think of more later...
