why not just make it, so that when a shootout is ongoing, it doesn’t allow cops to confiscate. Like when that pop up on your screen shows you’re close to a shootout, it will prevent any confiscation

They've basically risked their freedom, as they have shot me whilst cops are on scene, I can completely understand if they were killing me if i was raiding them, however due to this being a KOS'ing, it doesnt seem fair
