Rimworld or Kingdom Come Deliverance are my favourites :)

Alternate reality games - basically in this case it’s using gmod to tell a story using in game material and mixing it with real world or impossible events, thus breaking the fourth wall. Most ARGs are horror related that I’ve seen.
