It's a coin toss if you are going to get the kind and understanding customer or the customer that will make it seem like you are responsible for everything bad that has ever happened. It's not a dream job but it pays the bills.

yeah i work in the line where you take calls, some customers can be very pleasant but a lot of them treat you like dirt.

I was a big fan of how dark and scary forest was in v5 and I felt like that part was captured once again with the night map of v6. I still think its the best version of v6 and would love to see it used more.
