This is essentially the equivalent of a supervisor being required for EVERY single arrest made. Every 5 minutes at least 3/4 arrests are made so spending 20 minutes larping out a court session for each is not going to work.

I went ahead and tested the camo for reference, with a proper helmet camo you might be onto something actually. I would use a different camo other than OCP however since that's generally US Army. A regular MCP would probably fit it better.
