If you upload your demo to https://demo.a1larsen.de then only administration would see it, and demos do not record your own voice, only others. As per rule 1.6 Cooperation with Staff Members, you must upload your demos in a reasonable amount of time when asked to do so.

I would like to see the entire situation play out to gain a good understanding of what occurred.

After discussing with the user and comparing their story with the logs, I am satisfied with the fact that they would have been charged at the bare minimum of 9.6 - Manslaughter, if not 9.5 - Murder. With those crimes carrying at least 7 years, I am content that they had a good reason to fight...
