Although you did comply with their commands and mug attempts, you did still break 3.4 as you shouted under gunpoint multiple times which would have lessened your chances of survival this ultimately lead to your death. Therefore you will be banned for 5 days for 3.4 for your actions.

The user has failed to respond to my steam request aswell as an F6 I had made in game informing him about this, therefore ill conclude with the evidence provided. The player will be issued a 1 day ban for 2.5 for killing you for seemily no reason.

Although you may of been messing around with the owner, you have still risked your freedom by stealing a vehicle and remaining near / inside the PD which ultimately lead to your arrest. The officer also had a clear line of sight on you as you were reversing the vehicle at a very slow speed...

When raiding a base, you can kill those inside who are: Known to be armed Not surrendering Entering or exiting the property with visible weapons.
