The rules imply 'public view', you weren't on the street, nor in bazaar. You were right outside our appartment at the top of the stairs where theres no direct vision from the windows. It was not in public view. Why are we reporting for a 3k$ loss?

We cleared the whole building before mugging you. If someone saw us and called the cops then so be it, we will roleplay it and deal with the consequences of our actions. That's easy to say that you weren't going to raid us but how would WE know that? We see a guy wandering around our appartment...

It wasn't a public view, we were alone in the building after we cleared it out to do the mugging, the guy kept wandering outside our appartment while we were growing drugs acting suspicious.
