The player has not only rejected my friend request but also blocked me on steam. Therefor I will take it as admission of guilt and will ban the player for rule 1.2.

I am pretty sure this has already been done and will probably be live with the next update.

Go to workshop, garry's mod, browse, subscribed items, unsubscribe from everything button. Then rejoin.

Everyone disagreeing to this post would do the same :O
