Random raiding is not the problem of SWAT. SWAT's job is too show up and follow the orders giving too them from the LT. It is his decision too issue a warrant or, not SWAT just shoot the people.

The reason no one does these is because they don't make money and money is the only thing people care about. Perhaps if the admins could find a way to reward people for making interesting RP more people would try to do it but as of now there isn't much of a point.

I always think one of the biggest objectives of PERP, among other things, is to get the best car, or have enough money to finally get your dream car.
