Before asking me ICT related questions please ensure you have done the following;

Turned the Application off/on again? (If not application ignore)
Turned off the PC and tried a fresh reboot by removing the power cables, pressing the power button multiple times to fulfill a power cycle then re-connect the machine's power and switch on?
Have you tried googling the resolution?
