thanks. i think atleast rtx 20 series is decent and maybe ryzen is slightly better then intel but i personally prefer intel so i guess anything above i7 10th gen would do?

but how do people cope? whenever on high pop i literally get 5fps and i get shouted at for barely being able to steer a car because of my lag. i do try some configs but they only increase fps by 5 or so
