I do not agree, because a script is not an AI. If you gave an AI all information regarding the rules, laws, and circumstances of a situation, it’ll probably be able to come to a conclusion whether something is allowed within the rules - but even so, it is still an AI and therefore not 100%...

How is a script going to detect whether use of a Molotov is within the confines of the rules or not? Every situation has so many different parameters to consider, a simple script would never be able to take all those things into consideration.
