Its EXTREMELY rare, I doubt it will change the market that much and making items completely unobtainable unless you get 10mil or some insane amount like that to buy the only 3 on the server isnt a great thing I think them being obtainable is good

People are expected to at least have read the rules in the rules page and that one is very simple to understand and remember, the screen space issue and just having random stuff on your screen is a large negative to me, if they could instead do some kind of pop up after joining within the grace...
