Ok I was already mid reverse while he was gunpointing me, I believed as long as I reversed or was moving the car at 20+ speed I didn't need to comply, cause literally everytime I did it to people they would drive off when reversing. And the cliff thing I didn't realize we ever had to comply with...

If it was intentional, Explosive limit is 2 but TFU gets 2 C2 and 1 flashbang, if this was unintentional, TFU would only have either 1 flashbang and 1 C2 or 2 C2 and no flashbang
