Undertale, hands down. The writing is great, impeccable character design, from their dialogue to their mannerisms and character sprites, they're unique and memorable, the areas of the map are unique and it doesnt feel like you're just in the same place the whole game, and the story and narrative...

ill leave it sitting in my bank account until i need to buy chocolate bars and powerraid
