Seems pretty pointless. The driver should be able to control what radio you should be listening or just request a different station from the driver. This will atleast force you to communicate which kinda is the point of a RP server.

It's already a fair deal. If you gonna upgrade, you will get better acceleration, but your handling will decrease. Otherwise it would become too OP.

There already are a couple of dark rooms and building, example; the Stahlberg pumping station is very dark inside. You certainly need a flashlight if you wanna check every room out.
