Tried all but still crashes

No errors and its windowed, ive tried full screen and it still crashed

I have no other addons

I've tried joining for the past hour and it keeps crashing every time. I have all content installed, and no betas enabled

I do have the content maybe verefying game cache shall work

90% of the time I connect to the server I time out or if I manage to get in I crash in about 10 mins of game time. Anyway to fix this??
