Dispatch should be able to join units/incidents and talk to them directly and then have its own dispatch only unit for talking to other dispatchers as opposed to just a flat out normal dispatch only button. IRL we would have dispatch occasionally enter the TAC channels to talk to firegrounds...

Fully support this. Dispatch focusing on cameras and shootout management can get hectic, they are focused on keeping units alive and as such sometimes incidents go ages undispatched. Those units could of self dispatched if they noticed the pop up as not everyone checks f3 every 10 seconds.

I somehow missed this being a thing as I was always told they specifically avoided this to prevent people with valid IA's feeling afraid of making them. In that case I retract alot of my dislike of the system.

I'm serious. I dont like the IA system but the people inside it in my experience have always been pretty decent and willing to let it go on longer and discuss stuff.

Oh yeah I trust the IA department heavily they've always been truthful. The issue is the person who makes the IA never gets punished, but that would also deter people from making proper ones so its one of those hard to solve issues. I've just never seen like... someone who makes 10 malicious...

I also agree with this statement entirely. IA is great for rp, but i just see it used as a weapon by toxic people most of the time. But i also agree it would burn staff out already. Its just one of those i dont know whats a good fix for either.

The IA system is sorta useless to. Any failure to follow policy should be dealt with by rules. As it stands right now most IA's are pointless toxic attacks on people, but without the punishment false ban reports would have. From an immersion sense i can see it and there are some light cases but...

I concur, they should also start automatically if you join a job with one available so you don't forget to activate them. We already have a huge xp mismatch so something to help reduce that would be great.

That would be the same exact thing just different flavor. But 15 minutes would take players out of play for enough time to let others recover and pd recover. gotta think of the effect it has. Tho perhaps NLR is shortened to compensate? that way you're still semi out of play for the same time...

Someone mentioned it and I think it is a good idea to atleast discuss. What if it's only allowed during police state? As it stands police state is kind of a mid policy and could do with abit more.

Capital punishment would be a interesting counter to PD raids as well. I think it would be worthwhile as an addition if we can balance it right. 15 minutes but no fine would be possible a way it works as it would be for atleast 9.5 type charges.
