Why should this player be punished?: This user consistantly harrased me, made racist remarks, threats, and continued after being warned; as well as being rude to other players.
User broke "Excessive Negativity" rule by harrassing me. Apon joining the game and entering the bazaar, to set up my shop, i heard from the Bazaar shop next to me, "Voice changer". This carried on for about an hour, of him saying this as he walked by me, beside me, or next to me. I made an f6 report because it was getting annoying, (user also threataned to molatov my shop and stated he did not care if he got "banned".) I had no previous interactions with this person; and did not have a voice changer on. The moderator, (Marine Putin) warned Johnny to stop harrassing me. While continuing to craft and run errands for materials, I came back several times to my illuminated shop signs broken. I heard from multiple other players that Johnny was doing this. I let it go and did not mention it, and created another f6 report. It was very late at night and took about another hour to be handled. Between that time, my shop signs were again - being broken. And the "voice changer" comments were still being made. I also observed this user being rude to other players. User had already been warned to leave me alone, but continued to mess with me, such as attempting to break into my car while I was crafting.
User broke the "Failure to roleplay" rule by stating "I don't care if I get banned" and making comments about the game itself in-character.
While crafting and walking around bazaar, I observed Johnny sitting infront of a computer that he had for sale. He put on an indian accent and pretended to "scam" or fraud the other player, saying his "computer" had a "virus". I found this very disrespectful but did not want to cause more trouble so I decided i'd say nothing. Nazeer got on the game and couldn't handle the situation due to me needing the clips from my demo recording.
Another thing worth mentioning, (after he'd been told to leave me alone), johnny Clemenza put a tv over my Illunated standingsign and watched tv right infront of my Bazaar shop. I found this very petty, and did not want to hear his show while I was just trying to craft. I politely asked him to move his stuff. He asked me "why?" and I explained to him calmly that he was covering my sign. He didn't move until about 3 minutes later when I asked him to move it again. Instead of getting his stuff and watching his show else-where, johhny moved his television to ontop of my Standing Illuminated sign and still watched it there.
I dealth with this for about four hours while trying to peacefully craft and not much was done, so I am making an action request to hopefully have this dealt with. This person was not only rude to me, but acted this way towards other people who were completely respectful to him.
I will provide two videos, one of the prior harrasement before warning, and the second of him pretending to be an indian scammer. I will also provide screenshots of the lights being broken, the alert of my phone from him trying to steal my car, and him sitting infront of my bazaar with the TV. I have much more in my demo's and will dig for it if it is requested, but for now I think this is enough evidence.
