Why should this appeal be considered?: i did nothing wrong some fella was shooting at me for no reason basically cop baiting because the regals raid had already finished and he was there shooting at anyone who walked past i went around the building away from line of sight from the shooter putting myself out of harms way i dont understand why i have been banned ive done nothing wrong and the guy just has a stick up his ass for no reason i feel like you can be banned for the smallest thing the fella that was cop baiting should be fucking banned first of all because he had time to leave all pd on the scene was dead and they weren't transporting anything hes just sat at regals shooting unarmed people who walk close i had no intent of putting myself in any situation its not my fault i dont know if someone is trying to kill me or just giving a warning shot

i had just spawned in and i was going to get my car out i was running towards regals overpass to go to city garage. while i was running in regals parking i could hear shots but didnt know where they were coming from until i was close enough to see the person who was shooting at me as you can see in the clip. i didnt even look at the shooter i had no intension of going anywhere near there and was simply trying to get my car out when i had gotten out of his los i instantly ran for the overpass trying to leave as quick as possible i had no idea that this was 3.4 and dont belive i had broken any rules

As you walk towards Regals Parking lot there are several dead bodies visible, a medic can be see surrendering and several civilians are hiding, all the while shots are fired in the general direction you were going. By continuing to run towards Regals, no matter your intent, you were blatantly risking your life, thus violating server rule 3.4, as it states "Loitering around the vicinity of a shootout you are not a part of or being within the line of fire from both intentional and accidental fire. Users must flee the scene of a shootout and wait for police to clear the scene and reopen the area to the public. This applies regardless of you being restrained or not."
