Server Suggestion Mayor PLPD vehicle speed boost policy

as long as it’s an expensive policy, this would be nice to add! the RTU porsche & mercedes however are probably fast enough already as they are

Yes, the RTU cars already are all able to reach speeds in excess of the Second Level Upgrades that are available to civilians so I don't think the policy if implemented should include any RTU vehicles.

The default Patrol cars also I believe have top speeds that exceed the Second Level Upgrades. Honestly I'm not sure how it would work from a balance perspective to have a blanket upgrade to speed etc.

I'm all for more policies being implemented for the Mayor to utilise however. Maybe instead of this, have the option to make a policy that enables a new vehicle for Patrol to access that might be more helpful in pursuits?

Why should this be added?:
Cool new mayor policies are cool and stuff

idk this was just an idea i had i haven't thought it through

What problem would this suggestion solve?: It wouldn't really solve any problems but it would add cool new ways to interact with the city as mayor

The PD was already buffed quite alot. I don't think there is any need doing more work on PD anymore for now

As also stated by one of the community members above, this should not include unmarked vehicles or RTU cars, if you have a suggested range for activation and upkeep, it would be great to share

Meanwhile we are still waiting for some love for the patrol vehicles we were given but no one uses because they are a hoopty...
