Why should this player be punished?: He scammed me at subs storage, drove off, I chased him down and found him like 30-60 seconds later at the hospital ATM storing the money, he saw my car as I pulled up and tried to escape where I rammed him and got out armed, he backs up and pulls his gun out in direct view of me and my gun where I shoot him and end up killing him instead.

I deem he was in violation of 3.4 and 3.18

These are two different situations, the AR happened at lunch today and the clip you're referring to was just about an hour ago or so. I killed him as he failed to comply when I gunpointed him as seen in this clip

His clip shows a different perspective which leads me to believe that it's not in fact a breach of rule 3.4, as he had his gun drawn before he either saw a gun in your hand, or heard your commands. I'm not sure why you were gunpointing him to retrieve the stolen cash, when you had already killed him and finished him off over five hours earlier?

Additionally, @Policeman can you explain why you stored the cash you stole only one minute after snagging it, and in a very public and visible location that your pursuer would undoubtedly discover you at?

I will quote my previous post, as you hear in his own clip, he's on the phone with Niko whom he'd just scammed, which is why we were out and chasing him during this situation.

And fyi, if you re-watch the clip, he sees me standing by my car with an mp5k in passive mode before he jumps out of his car.

Ah yes, reviewing the logs I can see that is indeed a separate incident, my apologies.

I don't believe a breach of 3.4 occurred in that incidence though, as his POV showed no commands or aimed weapon until after he'd drawn his own weapon.

Additionally, I don't believe a breach of 3.4 occurred in the earlier incident, as he was a fair distance, and moving away at a reasonable speed well before your weapon was pointed at him, even from your own POV.

if he took his chance and sped off I’d agree, but him getting out to fight with the clear disadvantage makes me still think it’s 3.4

What disadvantage do i have You had an M5k ok but that does not change a fact i had a good chance of survival so there no 3.4 as Allen said

And i dont think its 3.18 either because i had no clue or even hint to know you will try to kill me which doesnt let me to think you will try and kill me. But if you would have entirely followed me and rammed my car or even shot at me then i would have that risk of life. But also you could have handled the situation better to ensure your freedom you could make a 911 call and say Oh i got scammed and then explain the situation to officers and dont bring up you trying to buy Coca leaves. Then the police could arrest me for 5.4 and you could provide them the evidence that you have and you could avoid an arrest Warrant for 9.5 and still be free so its quite interesting how you handled it because you could have done it with a good rp background

And also im questioning why did you kill me at roxies diner again after scamming Niko so why did you kill me when i already killed Niko How did he inform you. that kind of sounds a bit like Metagaming. But also you werent scammed But Niko did so why did you kill me Niko should have did. But he was dead so. And Also why did you kill me again at Subs storage after the hospital incident

Your whole position puts you at a huge disadvantage, the video speaks for itself as you catch bullets as you exit your car, if that's not a disadvantage, nothing is.

Yes i know but how can you get informed by him when hes dead ?. And the situation doesnt put me at an disadvantage because i had cover and a firearm and its not 3.4 which allen Already told you. Your just saying its a disadvantage because of the firearm. Why didnt you do so and blow my head off at subs storage and then call for cops making the RP very reasonable and good.
