Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 broke gunpoint. Turned and faced me and upon seeing I was a police officer with a gun, pulled out his own firearm and ran away while under gunpoint.

After a conversation with @Brian Hickman on Discord, they expressed it was an accident and are sorry for it.

That being said, due to the player's experience and recent warnings, they'll receive a 3 day ban.

Further violations will result in a lengthier ban.
