Why were you punished?: 3.4 - Player failed to follow orders under gunpoint

Why should this appeal be considered?: I read the rules and you can't mug the same player twice within 60 minutes.. So how do I get banned for someone else breaking the rules? Lance Moore was the one who falsely attempted to mug me despite not waiting 60 minutes I comply with all forms of needing to surrender to police or when I'm getting mugged fairly but this was blatantly unjust I even stayed on the server for another two hours waiting to rebut a false report such as this one. I figure he selectively showed Auston a clip of only one mugging attempt but I have proof it was TWICE in under 60 minutes.

Additional Information: The video showcases the entire incident from the first time where he failed but shot my party to the second mugging in under 5 minutes in my opinion he should be banned for 2 weeks.

The video you have provided does not reflect the situation you are disputing here. Please go into your demo and record the entire situation from start to finish for this appeal to be handled. You have 48hours.
 
This is the entire interaction of Grimey (Lance Moore) and I, the exact Tick of encounter is '18043'. I would like to point out my car was in motion (running) when Grimey (Lance Moore) attempted to mug me and my party. My party didn't have a gun but yet was shot by Grimey with almost no time to react. Along with the fact after failing the mug they (Lance Moore) sat in the woods extremely close to crime scene for over 10+ minutes evading law enforcement. Eventually coming back a second time and attempting to mug. Me seeing this and realized it was the same individual attempting to mug me twice in under 5 minutes. Wanted no part to do with them breaking rule 5.1 and was about to make an F6 on them. Grimey complained.. even though he was breaking rule 5.1 which he should be banned for if I need to make an (AR) to get things done properly please let me know I will do so right away. Even at 13:33 in the video Officer BreakingBadder05 also pointed out the mug cooldown should be upheld.

I deleted the clip I provided to Auston once I was told this individual was banned.

The explanation I provided to Auston regarding this situation which lead to this players ban is below;

I initially approached the house with the intention of stealing their car. One I broke into the car, a player exited the building with a gun, so I killed them. The police then arrived so I hid in the bushes. I was unable to move further away as I would have to exit the trees and risk being spotted by the police.

Secondly, I then returned to the building to check if the police had left and to see if that gun was still there. I then saw the two players at the car, when I approached the car it was completely stationary (as shown in the clip above at 7:08). I instructed the two players to put their hands up and began mugging them. Neither players surrendered so I shot the man outside of the car and then began shooting at the man in the car. Both players had just broken 3.4. I then disengage from the situation and flee into the forest on foot.

Lastly, I return about 10 minutes later with the intention of raiding the base. Once I arrived the player was exiting the building, I told him to put his hands up, he again refused and broke 3.4, running into the house.

I then made the F6 where this player was banned.

Throughout this situation I did not break 5.1 a single time.
First I attempted to steal their car, then I attempted to mug the players, then I attempted to raid their house.
These are all three separate actions not specifically stated in rules as being connected.

I apologise for not having a POV clip, I am willing to provide demo although I do not know how.

((Involved)) "Both players had just broken 3.4" you didnt even give me a second to respond clearly shown in the clip. secondly you tried to mug twice yelling hands up no crowbar in hand...

You had plenty of time to respond, when you hear hands up you put your hands up not start running around or drive off.
Why would I have a crowbar out when you are standing at the door???
You broke 3.4.

I was the original guy you shot behind the car not giving me anytime to even get out the trunk menu.
you broke rule 5.1
 
Excuse me lads, this isn't an argument threat, this thread is solely regarding the ban.
 
Considering @Grimey22 is reluctant/unable to provide his POV through the demo. Ignorance/stalling should not be accepted in this matter considering when I requested help on how to access and view my demo it took me 10 minutes to find in my files and record the demo. I'm more then willing to comply with an admin and provide evidence as such, in a timely manner.

7:08 was deemed as not 3.4.
11:16 has been deemed as 3.4 as you were under direct gunpoint and should have complied.

Your ban however will also be extended to 3 Months for metagaming with your pal which can be seen in the first clip that you had provided.
