Why were you punished?: i was punished for "stalling" even tho i got out of the car as the dude stopped talking
Why should this appeal be considered?: i feel like it should be considered because in the rules it doesnt clarify what "stalling" is and i feel like that time could differ from staff member to staff member i also got out right after the person stopped speaking and i never typed in gov chat or said anything over the radio to try to deley getting out of the car
