Hello recently the last few weeks my game kept crashing whenever my fps went below 15-20 and the messeage i sometimes get is this but in gta 5 i get a good 60-70 fps and everything runs smoothly

what does that mean never had that before
Try opting into the 64-bit beta; right click garrysmod in your steam library, click properties, then betas and select chromium 64-bit beta.

Try running the game with the 64-bit version.
Here's how to do it:
1. Open Steam and go to library, find Garry's Mod
2. Click settings on the right side
3. Click Properties
4. You should find launch options under general, selected "Launch Garry's Mod (64-bit)
If that doesn't fix anything I would recommend unsubscribing (not disabling, unsubscribing) from all addons and then downloading them all again. Hope I helped at least a bit!
