Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User was wanted and an officer came behind him telling him to put his hands up with his service pistol aimed at him. He did not look backwards and immediately ran away, this resulted in him being shot.
Why should this appeal be considered?: when going to main garage through regals with an active warrant (Just came into the game ) when the officer said put your hands up i looked behind me then tried to shoot me. when i was frightened i started running away he then proceeded to shoot me till i stopped as i was crippled till the point i was almost dead. Everything is shown in the clip
