Why should this player be punished?: Stalling for 30 sec just to try and get KOS on me whilst I had a gun in my hand. Also obviously communicating with his friends on teamspeak to try and get them to kill me. He was literally in front of the exit door when he decided to move away from it and stall some more by asking more questions and going the other directions which is just risking his life for no other reason than to try and get KOS on me.

Last I checked, 3.4 doesn't apply to someone when a guy has their gun on safety asking politely if I would leave, not telling, asking.

You are wrong. The threat of potential harm & danger is still there - Just because he is not pointing it at your head it doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t see him as a potential threat and not comply with him. The next step would be him raising his weapon and just killing you.
