Reason for Request: i lost my anniversary balloon due to a bug with having 19 out in the water while i was siting on a couch, i got toss out in the water when i did stand up with them equip i notice only 6 stay in my inventory witch aint usual for them to pop and re spawn in my storage when i check i had was the 6 left.
