Why should this appeal be considered?: Hey there,
I'm writing to appeal a recent ban, specifically regarding Reason 3.4. I sincerely apologize for the incident. Looking back, I realize that my actions were a mistake, even though my intention was self-protection amidst the crossfire. Honestly, with everything happening – being shot at and seeing my teammates also under fire – my focus was entirely on survival. I genuinely didn't hear the commands being shouted at me nor did any of my teammates hear him say anything except the words "You're not going to do this to my guy Yuri" and I certainly didn't hear "Put your hands up" at all in the heat of the moment. During the chaos, he decided to unload his gun onto me, in the process my teammates decided to shoot back at him, and I was able to take my gun out and take the final blow to kill him. It was a split-second reaction to a terrifying situation, and I deeply regret not complying with the commands. I value being part of this community and hope you'll consider my perspective and the intense circumstances surrounding my actions. I understand the rules and will strive to handle high-pressure situations differently in the future. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Additional Information: I have a clip regarding this. Like I stated before I'm sorry that I did this but, in all regards, I didn't hear him say put your hands up at all.
