I think it really depends how you go about it, if you only raid a new player base cuz you want combat with cops that different, but if youre raiding it because you know a new player is going to be easier to kill/mug and take what little they have then thats just mean IMO.
Me personally I raid new players if that's last solution like I will feel guilty but some things are inconvenient too yk me personally I dont raid new players in the day but at night in majority new player pop time i will raid them if that's the only thing available
