Why should this player be punished?: NyrrZ69 died with an AS50. His mate (iiTzWasParsnip) then picked it up and stored the AS50 whilst him and the rest of his mates were fighting cops and me and the defenders fought off the raiders. All the raiders died in the end so they should've lost it.

I don't exactly go raiding much but I was asked to store my other friends weapon in the VAN which I did and after he died I stored his gun (the AS50). I thought it was allowed as he seems like a much more experienced player than I am but I am now assuming that, that is not allowed. I already know that you need to wait 10 minutes or so before doing it with *personal storage* but I thought it was different with a vehicle's trunk as I atleast know some officers are able to search them. Also there were no cops on scene and I was able to safely able to pick up and store the weapons to my knowledge.

Even if there were no cops still alive (which there seemed to be in Dahweeble's medal clip) it'd still be in violation of rule 3.18 as the defenders inside were still alive and well

@Dahweeble after you won the raid, did PD confiscate the raiders guns or were they all dead meaning you could take them for yourselves and store?

All raiders were inside, all other cops were occupied with Projex raid, pretty sure my friends only died from being shot through the wall. I imagine they were able to pick up the guns themselves and store it after the raid and if what I did isn't allowed even though I was safe enough to go out in the open and pick back up my own firearm and continue helping with the raid them I will compensate them for it despite it not having been my guns in the first place, I was the one who stored them though so I guess it is on me.

I would've been able to keep the gun as the officers never checked behind the van. I told the officer on scene that I'm gonna check the van just in case there was someone in it because I asked if they had cleared it and they said no. So I would've been able to get the AS50.

Does DEMO not show bodys as my buddys body was behind the van. Anyway send me ur bank details, if admin allows it, I'll send you 69k. Also I would be able to store guns in this situation right as IK was safe to do so, or would it only be allowed until all raiders inside are dead and no police on scene?

It didn't show the body in this case at least, although when I looked at it yesterday I'm pretty sure it showed the dead body. All defenders must be dead and no cops can be on scene, that is correct. If it wasn't like that then no one would push inside and just store the guns as people died outside of the base.

@iiTzWasParsnip violated rule 3.18 by storing an AS-50 when it was unsafe to do so. Please make sure you transfer the money to dahweeble next time you're online then make an F6 to hand your AS-50 over to staff so it can be removed from the server in its entirety, as you wouldn't have it still hadn't you broken a rule.

@iiTzWasParsnip will receive a warning for: 3.18 - User stored an AS-50 mid-shootout, when it was unsafe to do so

Upon review of the logs, Dahweeble acquired the same AS-50 that iiTz had stored 20 minutes after the Glass Co raid, meaning he does have the AS-50
