Why were you punished?: 2.5 - Repeatedly ran over a player at City Garage for no reason, killing said player.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Read the Paralake Server Laws you guys wrote! This would fall under the category of Murder or Manslaughter, but instead an admin must get involved and lead to a ban. How does that make any sense or make for a fun roleplay experience? In roleplay, police show up, there's a detective, they find the criminal, arrest them. Banning? Completely ruins the immersion.
Additional Information: Have you seen your numbers dwindling over the last month? Banning people actively playing your server will eventually leave you in the same spot as AtomicRP, in the garbage. How is anyone going to have fun if you get banned for playing the game? Build in my base with some props, that's a ban. Commit a crime, that's a ban. Someone broke into my house, I killed them without verbalizing I was going to kill them, get banned. What a fun game. Why not let the police handle it rather than make no one want to come back to your server ever again? What do you expect the fun of your server to be? We all stand around at city hall talking to lady-boys and spinning the casino wheel for paper towels and pumpkins? Come on.
