The user failed to respond to the action request so I will go ahead with this

It is clear from the evidence that the Officer drove on the wrong side of the highway without any reason to do so

Punishment - Warning for 3.15 - User as an officer drove on the wrong side of the highway where he then killed someone and tiered their car
