i think adding in the minor part is extreme seeing that i walked up and said that and left i do not understand what im suppose to say here
 




After looking into this it is obvious the user broke rule 2.8 in this case as he should of not have said the sexual comment

Punishment issued - Warning for 2.8 - User ran to an officer and made a sexual comment about their private part
