Why should this player be punished?: Two Violated 3.4 not putting their hands up and Dexter Morgan was killed pulling out a weapon while under GP, Tyrone and Oliver Broke RP I believe by saying "You can't do that". Oliver pulled out a weapon under GP and refused to put hands up after doing so. Also that could have been $450,000 in my pocket (((( @TYMON007

He wasn’t killed cuz he didn’t put his hands up this dude just drove in to the mug zone and drove over us killing Dexter Morgan and then went out the car trynna gp us. He didn’t even give my friend Dexter any chance to put his hands up he just run him over while unarmed.

Dexter, pulled out a gun after hearing the words "All of you put ur hands up right now" then died trying to kill me. Oliver pulled out a weapon under G.P. failing to put his hands up breaking 3.4, you put your hands up after a few seconds but still broke RP. Also Dexter was very clearly armed even if he did not have his weapon out at the time (Hard to see).

I would be more than happy to accept the money which I would of gotten from all of you, (If you did not break rules) As at the time you clearly did not know that people were able to do this, although despite that, failing to put your hands up while under gp is something you all know which is against rules.
