Why were you punished?: 3.4 - The user watched a shootout while being notified to leave the area of the shootout as it was not safe for him. (was the reason from scambans)
Why should this appeal be considered?: I was trying to deliver a parcel as a delivery driver as it was right outside the delivery place and a shootout started happening and I did get asked to leave however I didn't know it was a bannable offence and have never seen that happen before so I didn't leave the area because I was waiting for it to be clear as I wanted to deliver my parcel but didn't know the shootout was going to last that long. Also. when the admin (fokus_rado08) was messaging be about it I was trying to explain myself and didn't really let me and instantly said I'm going to ban you for 3 days so I said how am I supposed to have fun when I'm going to get banned for little things like this he said 'they say fun isn't allowed' or something.
